I’m so pleased to welcome back Sara Connell. As an experienced writing and life coach, Sara knows how to move through road blocks, remove writing blocks, and administer attitude adjustments. Hearing Sara’s journey from beginning writer to having a best-selling memoir Bringing in Finn will inspire you to keep writing and overcome the obstacles that always show up when creating a book length work. In fact, any writing project will bring out the inner critic, but we can’t let our doubts and fears win.

In this dynamic conversation Sara will tackle several of the biggest challenges of memoir writing. Over and over, we hear writers struggle with the same things we struggle with such as self-doubt, fear, time and insecurity. Sara will share her personal writing journey from aspiring writer full of self-doubt to publishing a bestselling memoir, being an Oprah guest and publication in The New York Times. Sara will share some of her best tips from her coaching practice and why she believes that the calling to share a story is the Universe’s sign that the world needs your story.

Specifically participants will learn:

  • Sara’s top tip to double your writing productivity
  • How to let go of fear of what other people will think when you tell your story
  • The #1 way to elevate your memoir- going from being all about you to being of service to others
  • Why, especially in the current political and cultural climate, even though memoir writing is challenging, we should do it anyway!
