Writing a travel memoir isn’t as simple as keeping a journal or diary about your most recent trip. While journaling or writing in a diary can be an important part of your writing journey when working on a travel memoir, the actual end product is much more sophisticated. A travel memoir can truly be a work of literary art, not to be confused with a guidebook or vacation review.
