Join NAMW as Sue Talks About Fearless Confessions in Creative Nonfiction and Memoir

Sue Silverman’s book Fearless Confessions and her two memoirs Because I Remember Terror, Father, I Remember You, and Love Sick: One Woman’s Journey through Sexual Addiction, are amazing works that, on their own, could comprise a course in the process, skills, and courage we need to draw from when writing a memoir. Sue’s work provides a strong foundation for memoirists to understand the “fearlessness” they’ll need as they reveal layers of their story to themselves first—and then to others. We will discuss the power of writing truth, and how Sue views “confessional” writing.

Join us as we welcome Sue to the NAMW Spring 2011 Day-long Memoir Writing Workshop as we discuss Creative Nonfiction & Memoir:  Craft, Ethics and Process.
