I wish we had someone like you in Austin. I like to do things in person and I would attend all your writing classes if I could. You seem to have so much knowledge and the ability to move people in the right direction. Thanks for all you do.

I'm so glad you both are speaking together, giving us more information and encouragement. I am stuck and maybe if I read Sue's last book I will be able to progress. You see, my memoir has just been published. I was proud of it and even sold a few. I sent out postcards, emails, facebook entries, and some videos on youtube. I was on a roll. Speaking about my memoir at the SCN convention was the first public talk I have given and I'm glad I broke the ice. Now I have stopped moving forward. I had two goals and they're to speak out at public gatherings and write a follow-up book for the memoir. I can't move and I don't know what to do next.

Congratulations Linda Joy on the artistic creation of your latest book! Because of the tremendous support given by you and NAMW organisation, many of us --the students-- can dream of climbing that 'Achievement Temple ' and enter it....when we will see a reader holding our creation--the book and reading it.

Thank you,

The Power of Memoir is wonderful, a "must-have " for anyone who takes on the daunting task of writing a memoir! I found the writing prompts and questions at the end of each chapter to be very helpful and the research on healing to be fascinating. Thank you also for sharing the process of getting this gem to publication and on to a life of its own Congratulations!

Hi Kathleen,
It will be great to meet you too! Isn't it interesting that on line people get to know each other, but there's no substitute for face to face meeting! See you soon!
