Sharon Lippincott

Sharon Lippincott is a lifestory writing instructor and coach, and the author of The Heart and Craft of Lifestory Writing, The Albuquerque Years, and over 500 vignettes, essays and stories about her life, many of which have been published. Her blog, The Heart and Craft of Life Writing includes over 300 essays and tips on life writing.

Sharon serves on the board of National Association of Memoir Writers, and she is an active member of the Pittsburgh Writers Project, Story Circle Network, and the Carnegie Mellon Osher Program. Her workshops and programs on lifestory writing always draw an enthusiastic crowd.

Her professional background is in training and development. In her business career, her book Meetings: Do’s, Don’ts and Donuts went into a second edition and she wrote piles of instructional material and business articles. She earned degrees from Boston University and Central Washington University, and the Distinguished Thesis award from CWU. She holds the Distinguished Toastmaster award from Toastmasters, Intl.
